Balanced and multi fold approach, creating space for those most in need

The strategy employed by ARDAR is to work with a balanced approach both sensitive to the immediate needs of the people involved, their participation and empowerment as well as taking a longer-term perspective on the region and the development concerns at hand.

This means reacting swiftly on any humanitarian needs that emerge in the communities as well as working on community preparedness and prevention so that the wheel does not need to be invented again. It means working directly within the communities on social issues providing counselling and support and
raising awareness as well as networking with like minded NGOs and with government departments in search for sustainable solutions. This balanced approach suits the nature of ARDAR organization, seen its close links to community as well as its dedication to sustainability of the impact of their work. ARDAR mediates between different groups of people for progress of the less advantaged groups through dialogue and actions. It goes the extra mile for those really in need.

ARDAR will take up any projects within its capabilities for the advancement of the communities in its geographical area, mostly located in North and Eastern Andhra Pradesh. It adapts flexibly to any opportunities that arise to make a difference to the welfare, empowerment and livelihoods of the people it works for in a sensitive and sustainable way.
